We contracted Connective3 for a small content marketing campaign (about $10k), intending to ramp up our budget if results were good. They promised 8-12 backlinks. We got 10 (since two of them were no-follow but still included into the final report)—but most were from mid-tier or low-tier sites with minimal traffic. When we asked for better links, Connective3’s response was, “You never specified the quality, so that’s on you.” It felt like a bait-and-switch. I’m sharing our Connectiv3 review so others won’t make the same mistake. If you want real, high-quality backlinks, look elsewhere.

Despite the fact that the deadlines were missed, the team was responsive. Unfortunately, they couldn't deliver the results we expected.

We were definetely "impressed" by the fact that we should have explained the obvious indicators of quality in the contract before starting our cooperation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something connective3 could have done differently?

They could have been honest about the inability to provide solid results instead of excusing themselves by saying that "link quality is subjective matter" and "you should have written it down in the contract."
