Getting us all in the same room to discuss the project from a wider perspective was hugely beneficial, so they were instrumental in the success of this project. NerdCow was very hands-on and communicative. During the agile development process, we had regular meetings to look at the progress, assess what was next on the roadmap, and evaluate which goals had been accomplished. We used Basecamp to manage the project and be in constant communication. Whenever I sent them a message, they replied almost immediately and were very proactive in going through any discussions. Overall, they were honest and open, and we felt that we were all working towards the same goal.
