It's a much more complicated interface than Shopify. There were weird nuances to do with view that caused me a lot of issues. Enquiries like this were answered really helpfully which I was really grateful for. There's an element of guidance to their role which not every company I think does well. Media Lounge have only ever been helpful on this front.
