The team at So Marketing have been very responsive to our requirements. The website project was managed very effectively - to time and to budget all whilst keeping all stakeholders happy with the final result.
Our ongoing relationship with the team is excellent, with regular catch ups, ad hoc messages over Slack and additional video calls as required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team at So Marketing have come across as professionaland responsive to our requirements. No ask is too much (yet) and have delivered high quality output on all projects so far. Most impressively, they have demonstrably improved the volume and quality of our web enquiries through 2024, all whilst driving the overall CPC down.

SO have worked professionally and efficiently with us after we were failed considerably by another marketing agency. They've helped us gain trust in the process again, and have worked tirelessly to help build brand awareness and traction to our website. 

The team have worked very hard on our website to get it to a better standard. 

Ad campaigns were up and running almost immediately and were given regular updates on performance and the next steps week by week.

Brand awareness is building, and we're seeing more visitors to our site day by day. We hope that within the next few weeks sales will begin to increase with the support of Google and social ads.

The team are quick to respond to all questions, and their support has been incredible. All campaigns and updates are always on time and fully explained. 

The team are quick to complete any tasks and are very forthcoming with ideas and plans for the business.

The team is extremely professional and approachable. No job is too big, and their patience with us during the technical process during certain processes has been extremely appreciated. SO have continued to give appropriate advice and worked well with our budget and limitations.

No, we can't fault their support in anyway.

Our old website had reached the end of its life, we reached out to SO Marketing to implement our complex needs in a new design

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We'd worked with SO Marketing previously and knew that we could rely on them to deliver.

We met with Richard, James, and Mike from SO Marketing to discuss our ideas and requirements. They were fantastic at taking our ideas and turning them into solid plans. Once we had agreed on the concept the SO team set about the design and were in regular contact throughout the process, every stage was signed off together, and only when we were 100% happy. The whole team was approachable, and professional throughout.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with 6 people, from Richard, James, and Mike (Directors) to the designers and developers although we felt like we had the whole team working on our project, no matter who we spoke to at any point they we're knowledgeable and had a great understanding of where our project was at.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have exactly the website we wanted and needed, we receive regular customer feedback on the ease of use and SO managed to implement everything we needed/asked for without compromising on the functionality or the user experience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was perfect throughout, we knew we could pick the phone up at any point to discuss anything, the whole team was very approachable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The care and attention they took to understand what we wanted, we never felt rushed or like we were not being listened to, they delivered exactly what we wanted, on time and on budget

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were incredibly happy with the service we received. There isn't really anything we would change about the experience

We needed a full brand and website to make us stand out from the competition. SO Marketing seem to be the best of the best and I've heard so many good things about the company in the past.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked at the quality of the design work and explored websites they've created already. They have so many awards already also.

We initially contacted SO Marketing and arranged a time to go to see them face to face to discuss out requirements. Multi members of the team were there to listed to what we need and to act on out requirements. Within a week we had a very detailed proposal quote and we decided to just go for it. We've not been the easiest client as we're fussy but the staff were very patient with us.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the MD Mike, who's very nice, energetic and enthusiastic towards the project. Jonathan the Creative Director worked closely with us throughout the whole design process followed by Nick the developer who built our fantastic website. Now we work with SO Marketing on an ongoing basis with their digital marketing team, mainly Rebecca and Sam. It's early days at the moment but the work done so far has had fantastic results for us on Google.

The whole project from start to finish has been a success. From the design to build and ongoing marketing, we love all of it and have seen out business grow already.

This was great, we had calls, meeting and Zoom calls whenever needed and were kept up to date by email often also.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their customer service and passion for the work they do. The success of our partnership is thanks to the whole team's positive mindset. To deliver something amazing.

Slightly stringer coffee beans. :). Only kidding.
