Silk had a great deal of experience working with established brands and a plethora of positive reviews on the Upwork platform.

First they started with creating effective klaviyo flows such as winback, abandoned cart and so on. Then they started creating very aesthetically pleasing campaign layouts and graphics. Once I told them exactly what I wanted the campaigns to look like, in order to be on brand, they nailed the approach and have ever since. They've also introduced several ideas to increase conversions over the years as well as incorporated SMS campaigns.

I enjoyed that it has been a very seemingly small and personal team. On the surface it appears that I am working with the owner and one other trusted colleague.

We are still in the process of tweaking and adjusting but I can absolutely say that the flows and SMS have definitely performed well. The average campaign has done fairly well considering how small my subscriber base is this early in the company's lifespan.

After our initial meeting Silk email recommended based on the volume of emails we had that Klaviyo would be a better fit for our needs than the current service we were using. They set up our new Klaviyo account and transferred everything over and began creating content. We have been working with them for over 2.5 years and they have created more than 150 email campaigns during this time.

We have worked with Josh for the most part and on occasion, he is assisted with certain aspects of creating campaigns for us.

Our main goal for Josh was to make sure we covered every holiday and event that may be important to our clients. Our clients are very price sensitive so creating campaigns that offered discounts has provided a consistent revenue stream that far exceeds the cost of creating the campaigns with Silk Email.

At this point we are pretty hands-off with our campaigns as Silk Email is pretty in tune with our message and branding. We give them a list of emails we want to be sent at the beginning of the year and they send monthly approvals for the proposed content for each month. It is pretty seamless.

We are most impressed with Silks Email's ability to complete the deliverables and follow through. With a sea of freelancers online, you will find more often than not, that they cannot deliver successful results. We were pleasantly surprised
