How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Making Websites Better, helped us launch the original website when Axzyra was a start-up in 2015. We have seen the growth & changes in Website design integrated with digital marketing as a necessity for our business. We were happy to continue to work with Paul & his team.

The team very here helpful in coming up with a brief for the website which required my thoughts and MWB's expertise. The team then provided wireframes, designs and content to review before going live.

I have been working with a number of departments at Making Websites Better. From the website design and development team led by Ricky, through to the digital team with guidance from Paul and Mark etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our new website allows us to be found further online and implement new digital marketing strategies through SEO best practices. We have received glowing reviews from our customers on the look and feel of the new site.

Ricky and Mark have been helpful in managing my online projects, with good communication throughout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoy working with the team and have received a nice website which allows my company to be found online.

Our website was in need of an update and did not reflect the scope and success of our business. We wanted the website to be a showcase of all our offerings, with links to our social platforms. We also wanted to be easily contactable by potential business leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were approached by the vendor on social media and followed up with them from there.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company details and services and created a landing page and contact form.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site is much improved and reflects more accurately the nature of the business. W are receiving a lot more direct communication with our followers via Forms.

We had regular meetings with the Project Manager who addressed all our questions and worked in a very amicable way to achieve our goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional website that waas easy to update. Our team had never worked with WordPress before, so they took the time to guide us through it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The build could've been quicker but the job was very thorough and well planned every step of the way.
