Their project management was disciplined and highly responsive. We agreed a fixed cadence of four one-hour “weekly 1-to-1” sessions - onboarding, goal-setting, progress updates and a final review - and every call landed exactly when scheduled, with agendas and follow-up notes delivered promptly. Between those meetings heur kept a dedicated email thread open, fielding questions and sharing assets almost in real time, so clarifications never waited for the next call. The mix of punctual milestones and always-on support ensured momentum stayed high and no action item ever slipped the timeline.
