I am founder and producer at Morpheus Show UK. Morpheus Show UK is a project run and produced Yana Green in the UK. We are an immersive online theatre with eyes closed - a unique, mind-bending experience that people can try from the comfort of their own home. Our online shows are designed to bring family and friends together using the power of storytelling and the excitement of live theatre.
For what projects/services did your company hire Allsopp Media?
We contacted Allsopp Media to get help with launching our immersive shows online in the UK and defining an online strategy for our brand.
What were your goals for this project?
The initial goal was to create brand-awareness, boost our online presence, get reviews from people and create an initial stream of orders, as well as work on the content on our website so that it converted people better.
How did you select Allsopp Media?
We chose Allsopp Media after an unsuccessful attempt to work with another agency. We were pleased with the way Allsopp Media team interacted with us and answered all our questions from the onset of the project. Communication is key in this process. We got a lot of valuable initial advice on how to plan and implement our online marketing strategy, that’s how we made our choice.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After initial consultations Allsopp Media wrote a digital marketing strategy with channels, tactics and lots of other useful information, as well as a plan for us to follow.
They created a content plan and used their in-house team to create SEO-optimised articles for our website. They provided weekly phone consultations about the overall directions and steps needed to be taken to succeed. They arranged our Google Ads and consulted us on the types of content for paid social ads. Allsopp Media worked on devising and implementing our social media plan (Instagram and Facebook)
What was the team composition?
Allsopp Media team consisted of copywriters, graphic designer, PPC team and a marketing director.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The team managed to help us boost our brand-awareness and generate a very decent stream of orders for our shows. Our website has got a great online exposure to many different audiences and channels thanks to advice and guidance given by Allsopp Media. Our social media presence and engagement has also gone from zero to every day questions and requests from the interested people.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Allsopp Media always keeps us in the loop. We know what’s going on with our account, we get reports and explanations of the things we are not sure about or if we feel we need more information about something. Communication level is great.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We loved the structured approach and the fact that Allsopp Media always explains the unknown terminology in a simple language. It’s easy to get lost in the marketing language, especially if you don’t have a marketing background. We also think it’s clever to utilise various channels for promotion as Allsopp Media suggested to us, instead of relying on one source, like social media, for instance.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Our brand is work in progress and we are still in the process of increasing our profit as well as getting more brand awareness.

Clever Psychology is a team project run by professional psychologists based in the UK and internationally. We mostly work with the Russian speaking audience and provide professional psychological consulting to people in various areas: family psychology, child psychology, existential therapy, etc.
For what projects/services did your company hire Allsopp Media?
We approached Allsopp Media to help us with an overall marketing strategy and rebranding Clever Psychology so that it stands out more online. We needed someone to help us with defining our weak points and defining what works and what doesn’t for our project.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to increase our brand online presence and get more traffic to our website. At the same time we wanted to move from posting sporadic content to something more organised and strategic so that we could monetise our efforts. Our next goal is to create a comprehensive online course aimed at the audience that is gradually becoming loyal to our brand.
How did you select this vendor?
We chose Allsopp Media after talking to them on a number of occasions about our brand goals. We worked with many separate freelancers before, but they didn’t bring an integrated strategy to our brand and it was difficult to direct them without a thorough marketing background. Allsopp Media brought structure and planning to our team, approached a task of rebranding with a lot of enthusiasm and brought in a lot of valuable ideas to our project.

Allsopp Media helped us devise an online marketing strategy and plan with short-term and medium-term goals using social media, website content, email marketing and SEO. They create and monitor a monthly marketing calendar, as well as manage design and implementation of email, content and social media strategy. We are also working on developing a smart chat bot with them.
What was the team composition?
We worked with a marketing director, web designer, as well as a freelance content writer who was fully managed by the Allsopp Media team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They managed to increase our email database from 400 to 1000 in 3 month time. Even though it doesn’t seem like a lot, but it was done with a very limited budget. The number of website visitors increased by almost 200% and we get much more social media engagement with our revamped marketing strategy.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We have regular meetings online with Allsopp Media. They walk us through all the processes and give us a full explanation of what’s going on and in what direction we are moving. Overall, we are happy with communication levels and the fact that they are giving us a ‘push’ where it’s really needed.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They were very cohesive and offered an integrated solution to our company. As we are a small brand, it was very important to stick to the budget and distribute it well across all channels. We think that Allsopp Media managed to do it in a very smart and effective way.
Our average position in Google went from being practically invisible to No 15 in a very short time. They are still working with us on improving our content strategy and ultimately getting more potential clients for Clever Psychology.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We still are to work out how to scale our business and launch an online course, but moving in the right direction.

I am co-founder and CEO of Authentic Russian Bath House in the heart of London, UK. I’m the Commercial Director and co-founder of The Bath House. We offer a variety of treatments including traditional parenie with a venik massage, body scrubs, wraps, soap massage and classic massage, as well as packages and gift vouchers to our clients. Have around 40 employees.

We started preporation for luxury Russian Bath House project back in summer 2019 and were looking to hire someone with experience in omnichannel marketing. Someone who would build our brand from the very beginning. We were looking for both strategic and creative marketing assets management, as well as search engine optimisation and content.

Banya is a relatively new spa concept in the UK and we are trying to popularise it in Western Europe. We had a very ambitious aim at the start of this project to create a different culture of going to a spa: so creating brand awareness and recognition was our first major goal. The next significant goal was to start selling and create a database of loyal clients for the future.

We utilised Allsopp Media knowledge in paid social, pay-per-click ads, social media management, content creation, SEO, email marketing, web design, as well as various promotional materials used in-house.

Communication has been great. We’ve always discussed everything in detail with Allsopp Media. They keep track of all our meetings, provide a very quick feedback and solve any ongoing issues swiftly. Overall, we were impressed by the timeliness of their work and meeting the set deadlines.

I was impressed by the scale of knowledge Allsopp Media offered at the start. It included everything, starting from building a website, paid and organic promotion, SEO optimisation, design and content creation. We were led through the process of how to start building a brand identity and marketing strategy from scratch in a very easy to understand way.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Due to a disruption caused by the current situation with Covid-19, we were forced to slow our marketing activities, which means we’ll need to double our efforts and ask Allsopp Media to implement an anti-crisis strategy after the situation is over.
