The project was to review our current emails flows and templates and create new ones to improve our conversion. The team gave us valuable feedback on how to improve our current templates. They also produced new templates for us to test out.

The inbox club did a fantastic job. They understood the brand and brief very well and created new email templates for us to test our on our customer base. The templates are performing well and resonate with the audience. They also provided feedback on our current templates and we actioned on the feedback to make them perform better.

They delivered on time, and the quality of the work was exception. They communicated very well on email and in our virtual meetings, everything was great!

We engaged The Inbox Club to enhance our email marketing efforts by creating professional Klaviyo templates tailored to our brand. 

• Conducted a thorough consultation to understand our brand identity, marketing goals, and specific requirements for the email templates.
• Based on the consultation, The Inbox Club designed two custom Klaviyo email templates.
• The templates were crafted with our brand aesthetics in mind, incorporating our logo, color scheme, and preferred typography.

•  Increased Customer Engagement: The visually appealing and user-friendly templates resulted in higher customer engagement.

Their proactive approach and willingness to provide detailed explanations helped us feel confident and supported throughout the process.

We had a huge newsletter list, yet nobody was responding to any of the CTAs, even for free stuff!

We needed the pros to come in and sort this out for us. I mean, what's the point of emailing 3,000+ businesses every week if it's not providing them with some form of value and a strong desire to get involved?

Due to the nature of the branding, getting the tone bang on was extremely important here.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increasing numbers of engaged businesses. More content downloads, more calls booked, more responses to the emails.

Given we had none to begin with, anything was a bonus, and building gradually each month on that number was the goal.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We worked with Jamie and James, both of which were absolutely brilliant, and I would gladly work with again at any point in the future.

They were hot on making sure everything was done in good time, and messages were responded to really fast. It actually became a bit of a competition in the end as to which of us would respond faster!

Copy and emails were never late, and they were so on top of the relevant topics already that we didn't even end up needing to supply them with too much.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There have been results from the very first email they wrote for us, which snowballed into prospects actually replying to tell us how much they enjoy reading the emails.

Most importantly though, they cared. A LOT. Not just about the results but about helping the business do better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TheInboxClub could have done differently?

Not really. I think everything they did was banging.
