They are very attentive and understanding to our needs. The communication was excellent and I felt that I knew exactly where we were in the process at all times. Jason was fantastic. We were probably not the easiest client to deal with as we changed our mind on more than one occasion about what we wanted. This didn't seem to be a problem for the team. They were very accommodating and coached us through the process.
