We selected this vendor after doing research into companies offering similar support. We chose Flowd because they had a similar ethos to our company and we liked their company culture as well as the results they were able to demonstrate for previous clients.

Flowd was briefed on our language and how we performed our outreach to prospects. They then took this over, sending out email campaigns to brands identified to be either selling or not selling on Amazon.

We have at least 5 team member supporting us, including the 2 Cofounders.

We have in-person meetings once a month to review the monthly results. We also have a Slack channel which we use to communicate on a daily basis so the team can keep us up to date on new leads coming in.

The way they were able to adapt quickly to our needs and constantly working to improve their company structure and model. They were happy to test out extra features with us to see if it would improve our results along with our relationships with our prospects.

For now, I'm very happy with their service, and if I do think of anything that could be improved, I am sure they are willing to work on it.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
When we decided as a company that we would make the move into outsourcing our lead generation, we really wanted to make sure that we selected the best company to partner with. We reviewed Flowd's website and case studies which was a great start but really our confidence grew in them after we had our first call. The team was incredibly friendly and we had a great connection from the beginning. They were very accommodating to our needs and this set them apart from the rest.

Flowd were responsible to ensure there is a constant influx of high quality leads generated for us to contact. This high quality was originally established by them building a list of our ideal prospects using their own B2B contact database. From there they would then send these potential leads personalised emails to qualify and gauge interest in the services that we provide. Once the positive contact has been initiated this lead would then be sent over to us by our dedicated account manager. As we then begin this conversation on our end we know that we have the constant support and backing of our dedicated team at Flowd and they have been great at motivating and encouraging us at all our little wins.

We have an open communication channel with a team of people at Flowd. This is a group of 7 people (ranging from account manager to founder) but we would mostly work closely with our account manager , although knowing there is a dedicated team to support us is a great feeling for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest success of this partnership so far is that we have really been able to focus on the key area's of our business growth and know that we have a fantastic team generating high quality leads for us to facilitate our growth. Within the first month we were able to close enough deals to cover the cost of the next 3 months working with Flowd. This has given us great confidence and we wish to continue this great relationship.

There's a very collaborative workflow between our teams. Whether it is through our regular chats through Slack or our bi weekly and month calls to review performance and brainstorm areas of improvement, we have really had a fluid relationship with the team at Flowd.
