Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founding director at a wellbeing consultancy. We partner with organizations to run wellness programs that are dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of employees.
What challenge were you trying to address with Rich Contacts?
We hired Rich Contacts to do lead generation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We were getting leads, but it wasn’t where we needed to be to grow as a business. They ran an email and LinkedIn campaign to increase our leads.
What is the team composition?
We have one project manager who is our main point of contact, though the person in that position has changed a couple of times.
How did you come to work with Rich Contacts?
I was introduced to Simon (Sales Manager) by a mutual connection. I spoke with a few similar providers, but they came across as the most genuine, and they seemed to be able to deliver good results.

We started working together about two years ago, at the beginning of 2018. Our engagement is ongoing.

How did Rich Contacts perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management is very good. They’re great about keeping in touch and provide regular updates on how the campaigns are performing. We’re never in doubt about what is going on with our accounts.
We use a shared Google Sheet and Hubspot to track the project, in addition to phone calls and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality of their work is noteworthy. They also provide a high level of service.

No, nothing comes to mind.

I think working collaboratively makes the process easier, and it helps them create more engaging campaigns.
