Our goal was to increase our exposure through marketing on Facebook and Instagram.

Rozee Digital provided social media marketing (SMM), including content creation, copywriting, and managing Facebook and Instagram ads. We gave them access to our branding materials, content, and guidelines with our brand’s voice and aesthetics. From there, they began running ads right away. Their campaign consisted of 70% prospecting and 30% retargeting.

They reached out to me through a cold call. We decided to hire Rozee Digital after an initial interview.

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.

Although Rozee Digital touted significant results with other brands, our cost per acquisition (CPA) remained really high. Our conversations with them were drawn out, and they provided unnecessary information. Their work was also more hands-on than I anticipated. Moreover, their content creation often didn’t match our brand guidelines. 

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

They used our engagement as a case study on their website, but they skewed the results, showing a huge sales increase that was in line with a sale we ran and not their work. I asked Rozee Digital to take down the case from their website, but they never contacted us and still haven’t taken it down. 

How was project management handled?

Although they delivered on time, they didn’t deliver on budget. They were responsive to feedback, and we communicated via Slack and email. 

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

Rozee Digital was on top of communication. 

In what specific areas can they improve?

They didn’t follow our brand voice and advertised to our customers in a way that wasn’t in line with our guidelines, devaluing our brand. They weren’t very communicative regarding our budget for the ad spend. Meanwhile, their communication about what they needed from us was almost too frequent; they came to us for every little thing. 

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

Rozee Digital isn’t a company I would recommend because they boast about strong results that aren’t from their efforts. If you’re considering working with them, I recommend interviewing previous clients.

We went through a thorough interview process to be sure that it was a good fit for both of us. They provided an in-depth analysis of our website and ad campaigns and gave us a ton of ideas for improvement even before signing on. We also spoke with one of their other accounts and they spoke very highly of them.

We started by giving them access to all of our social media ad accounts and they had a link that made it super easy and quick to give them access. After they took control of our ad campaigns, we also engaged them for a full CRO audit. They continually add new tools and apps that can give us better reporting and more transparency for our data.

I worked with the owner, as well as one account manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our ROAS continues to be between 2-5x and conversion rate has increased steadily since we've worked with them. They continue to flex and adjust our campaigns for optimal performance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are in touch constantly throughout the day and week--communicating through Slack. They make it a breeze to communicate and always alert us when they need something.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their devotion to our account and transparency builds a really great trust factor. Trust is a huge value for us!!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They probably could have tested our campaigns a bit less, but it was the best way to familiarize themselves with our business and which audiences would perform best. Testing is just a part of digital ad strategy, so there's not really a better way to learn the business and what will perform with whom.

We selected Rozee Digital after reviewing several Pay Per Click agency. It all came down to the fact that Rozee Digital offered top level creative design with their PPC management services, for a reasonable price point.

I think a lot of modern ad agencies try to sell you on fluffy concepts and "inspiring" ideas. That's all well and good, but it can't take the place of true strategy and measurable results.

Rozee Digital never loses sight of that and I think they hold themselves to a higher standard of success than many agencies.

Set up digital campaigns and drive as many qualified leads as possible given a certain budget. Set up campaigns / accounts on the Google, and Facebook. Also they created landing pages to drive more conversions and increase the conversion quality.

Rozee Digital assigned one PPC account manager, one PPC lead supervising the PPC management process, and conversion designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

While working with Rozee Digital, we consistently hit our KPI targets. Specifically, lead volume and cost per leads targets where achieved. Additionally, their design team delivered great quality landing pages and creatives on time.

From the kick-off call, everyone I've interacted with at Rozee Digital has been great. It feels like they are truly looking out for our best interest.

I highly suggest giving them 2 to 4 months to really get their bearings around your business to start seeing some incremental results.

With Rozee Digital, every month we would set volume and cost targets.

So every week, on a 30-60 minute call, we would quickly review the prior week's KPIs, and then plan our next steps for the following week. Communication was mainly through email and phone call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Where do you start? Their expertise, quality of work and communication are all great. At the end of the day it comes down to results and we wouldn’t be continuing our relationship if they don’t keep delivering.

I personally really appreciate their willingness to go further to push the needle. The fact they are very goal-oriented and set high goals for themselves that are not easy to accomplish.

I really liked their creative and fun approach, their quality of work was much higher than I experience with any other PPC agency I had worked with.

Nothing that I can think of at this moment but I will update this if something comes up.

Punctual and concise. They only deliver useable information to me which is amazing because I just don't have the time to review or analyse more data than I already have to.

At the end of the day, results are always what count. Rozee Digital has been able to achieve results that we were unable to achieve with other agencies. The fact that they seem to enjoy what they do. They're different from other agencies that we have used in the past and hopefully, they keep it that way. Their input is so valuable and their knowledge of all things about online marketing related is incredible.

They do so much right that it's hard to find a flaw with how they do business. Their account managers are straightforward with their work and the changes they make.

After conducting a great deal of market research, we decided to select Rozee Digital as our partner for this project as they have proven themselves to be extremely knowledgable and competent with regard to delivering meaningful results through their digital marketing strategies. Their process is battle-tested, which made us feel comfortable selecting them for this project.

They first did a diagnosis of the website to understand if we had any opportunities to increase website conversions rate. Then they checked that all tracking was set up correctly before running the ads.

Launched Ads, accumulate data, identify our best-performing campaigns/ads/creatives, optimise for performance and establish target metrics throughout our ad account funnel in preparation to scale.

Advertising plan, budget, ROAS goals are aligned and delivered - it has been well maintained so that we can stay on the profitable side on this ad platform.

Rozee Digital had the unenviable task of helping us navigate the eCommerce downturn from Covid, especially in the Travel Industry. The team was truly amazing in their approach and the results they drove.

We saw a month on month growth with performance getting better each month and revenue increasing. The team at Rozee Digital is relentless! They approach my business with a sense of urgency that can't be beaten.

The workflow was good. We had weekly conversations to discuss the results and the adjustments that can be made to improve.

They walk the walk. What they say and what they do are the same thing. They have great knowledge of the Digital Ads world, their fast communication, and the grit in everything they do is amazing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Tom has a great handle on the Google Ads platform and has opened up settings that we didn't know how to effectively deploy ourselves. Our campaigns are more efficient now, we are paying less and getting more relevant and convertible traffic.

Excellent. Very quick response time, willingness to use our company's existing communication systems. Flexibility when we change course or decide to go a different way with a strategy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Consistent availability, quantifiable results and pleasant, professional working experience. All around a positive engagement for our company and it is clear that the skill and understanding is there. Rozee Digital definitely adds value.

In the ongoing relationship, we have asked for changes/adjustments to the working relationship and Tom has always obliged. New relationships will often require adjustments and the key is a partnership where the contractor is flexible and willing to make the engagement a fit for the particular brand. That has been our experience.

I’m a founding partner at a securities and litigation law firm. We represent clients in all aspects of securities and corporate litigation, and our focus includes everything from shareholder disputes to FINRA arbitrations.

We were originally a defense-side practice, so we primarily focused on representing broker-dealers in disputes with their customers. We decided to shift our business to start representing the plaintiffs' side. We engaged Rozee Digital to assist us with targeting our new audience.

Tom (Founder & Google Ads Specialist, Rozee Digital) gave us a robust presentation delineating the deliverables and timeline. We spent an hour or so in that introductory session going over our expectations since we were totally unfamiliar with SEO and PPC. In these first granular discussions, Tom worked diligently to understand our business, who our customers are, and who our competitors are.

Focusing on lead generation, Tom launched into PPC marketing for us. He also took some of our site content and created a landing page. He analyzed competitors’ performance to see what digital components were most effective. He provides us with weekly reports of our progress and performance.

While I can’t provide an explicit ROI at this point, Tom’s work has definitely led to business. We had a goal for how many cases we wanted for the year, and we’d achieved that number by the end of month four.

Tom’s very on top of things. He’s on time with his reports, always available for a call, and constantly working on our account. I especially appreciate that he describes his processes in distilled layman’s terms so that I can understand them.

Compared to some other providers that I’ve talked to, Tom is eager to learn more about our industry. At the beginning of our engagement, he was candid about his unfamiliarity with our field. In light of that, he’s been diligent in understanding our business so that he can best assist us. When we onboarded Rozee Digital, we set two goals: increase our conversion rate and lower our cost per lead. Tom increased the conversion rate by 1%, which is fine. He also reduced our cost per lead from $80–$100 to $50.

While we work on loose deadlines, Tom meets them. Every time that I have questions, he keeps me in the loop. Whenever I request calls to break down the month, he’s on board. He’s always willing to talk more about campaign performance and results.

Rozee Digital goes above and beyond. They’re available to answer any questions. Their team generates ideas for different types of digital marketing efforts that aren’t directly correlated to their project. For example, he manages our Google Ads work but also suggested email campaigns for lead generation. Tom doesn’t stick to his responsibilities.

Their team could improve their attention to detail but they take ownership of their mistakes. There were a few misspellings on our landing pages and pop-ups on our website that we had to catch early on.
