Please describe your company and your position there.

I am one of two partners at a UK media production company working on business-to-business projects, typically in heritage, arts, and culture.

For what projects/services did your company hire topflight Agency?

Our website was built in-house by non-web developers in 2021 using a set off tools that are designed to cover al bases using a popular platform. I found that despite having gone through what felt like every detail, there were some things I couldn't do and was unhappy with the quality of the website and wanted to improve it drastically.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We entered a competition to win a free website design with TopFlight, who are introducing this as a new service. Initially I was skeptical, however, after a 60 minute discovery call and request to think about it, we went ahead with TopFlight, who were extremely diligent.

Our 1st discovery meeting was remote and served as a means for me to be heard and have my feelings addressed. I left the meeting feeling positive and excited, and we agreed to proceed. At the meeting, Pablo asked about design preferences, examples of websites we liked and any existing content, which I supplied to him.

From then on, we had a steady stream of updates to check on until the delivery date, which was made even easier when I realized we both use ClickUp, so we communicated through that software once we agreed that the comments were the best way to go.

Whenever there was information that Pablo didn't have, I supplied it and if I had questions, thoughts of comments, Pablo made the changes very quickly and always let me know that he was happy to do as much as he could, which helped me gain clarity and focus with content I supplied to Pablo for the website. Pablo even created staging sites and migrated our old website across, so that there was hardly any interruption when the new website went live.

We worked with Adam who was the initial contact that let us know we won the competition and put us in touch with Pablo, who was our only point of contact until the delivery of the project.

 Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's very early days, however, the team at InkBlot Films are extremely happy with the new website, especially with the responsiveness. We feel that our tastes and opinions have been taken into consideration and we now have a site that reflects the image we want to put out there, which has increased our confidence in working on the website further.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pablo is an incredibly efficient person and displayed this at every opportunity! I was not even slightly concerned for a moment with anything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This was our first experience of working with a website agency, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm so excited to build on what topflight Agency designed for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Having someone create something for you in it's entirety when you're used to doing it yourself can be challenging, however, Pablo was communicative and open to where I was at and what I needed at every turn. Amazing, thank you!

Their communication style impressed us. Pablo is wonderful at explaining sophisticated and technical SEO concepts and factor in an accessible way.

I’m the founder and designer of an Uk based Made in Madagascar fashion brand. We inspire to bring a little twist to British classics by introducing the Malagasy culture into our designs.

We have launched a new fashion brand and were looking to improve our online visibility as well as the brand’s reputation which are key components in this industry. As the current market is very fierce, we have decided to use the expertise of a digital marketing agency for best chances of success.

As mentioned above, we were aiming to increase our online presence and solidly start establishing our brand within the industry.

We initially requested a digital consultation, and we were really impressed with the way their team analysed every aspect of our brand. Therefore, we have decided to go further with a complete digital strategy from their team.

We have mainly worked with Pablo the main SEO of the agency. However, we also had some brainstorming sessions with both Pablo and his assistant. Pablo was leading the project. We also worked with a graphic designer who helped to compose our branding guidelines and a content designer who built the content strategy for the SEO and Social Media campaigns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The brand perception has steadily increased since we started the campaign. We now receive orders from people who already knew our brand even before finding it through social media or Google! This was obviously a huge improvement for us.

Topflight developed a complete strategy for us combining SEO with a Social Media advertising campaign showcasing our designs on platforms like Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok. They also reached out to influencers and bloggers within the fashion industry to promote our brand. The whole campaign took 6 months and we’re still using some of the channels they created for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we find the most impressive is their expertise and knowledge on what channel could be more beneficial for our brand based on their previous experience. Pablo and the rest of his team proved to be really professional and efficient.

No, we were very pleased with how they have handled the project.

We're a graphic design studio which operates and serves clients from the North Yorkshire area. Our main services include print and digital graphic design, creative branding and visual advertisement.

At the end of 2019 we were barely using any digital channel, at least not succesfully, and that was something we wanted to change. Our website needed a facelift as well as our visual presence so we hired topflight to increase our brand awareness and digital footprint.

How did you select topflight Agency?

topflight designed a bespoke website for us which perfectly matched our personality and then started a comprehensive SEO strategy to put that new website in the top-10 of Google results. They put together a very well-designed process that covered most of the areas we addressed. Now our brand is much more visible, both locally and regionally, and we started to notice a great increase in clients sice the finished the SEO campaign.

They created an end-to-end strategy the covered 3 stages: web design, internal optimisation post-deployment and brand awareness. During the first stage they gathered a lot of data from us and started building the website based on our requirements (which were quite demanding sometimes).

Once the website was live they audited it and started working on technical changes as well as optimising the content. Finally they focused on improving the brand perception by generating mediacoverage and directory optimisation.

What was the team composition?

I was the main point of contact and they were always available for me. We had an account manager associated with our project who was dealing with all the communications while their team worked on the different areas.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website was far better that the old one and perfectly captured the sould of WORKING. On the visibility side of the project, we increased our client acquisition by 60% YoY.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, always available for us. They also provided us with regular reports during the SEO process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are really skilled and dedicated. We've worked with other agencies in the past and had never seen this attention to detail. They really seem to know what they're doing at all times.
