SEO. We really needed to improve our ranks within google particularly, and get away from the huge PPC costs. Furthermore, we wanted support generally with improving our digital marketing efforts

Upon meeting with Clickslice it was clear they know what they are doing in this space. They were able to give tangible figures and suggestions, which actually came to fruition. What I also really liked was their straight forward talking - very honest.

The main scope of the campaign was to push our Freeview page higher up in Google to help generate more sales for our Freeview products. This was a difficult task given that some of the competing brands for this space are large UK household names selling Televisions.

We worked with three different people in total (Josh, Richard and Patrick). Josh is the MD, Richard and Patrick were both strategic communications experts supporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since our campaign started we have managed to significantly reduce any PPC spends, and our sales revenue now has a more solid foundation. Page visits are hugely up, and cross fertilisation of other products is also enhanced. To give a more specific example, our Freeview page Feb 2019 saw 614 visitors, That same page in Feb 2020 had 2107 visitors - a huge 243% increase.

The style is very professional, yet very friendly. I would always feel comfortable asking them to join me at a board level meeting, but equally they are very good in a more relaxed setting. Regular meetings were held to update us and show us in real time the impacts our campaigns were having. The insight was really in depth, and they took the time to talk us through things in lay terms and explain what things truly meant.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team were always very responsive. They worked with us like an internal part of our team and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their honesty was hugely useful, we always knew exactly where things were and could always trust in their opinions and updates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. I have worked with many agencies in the past but have never before worked with a team who were so professional, and who cared so much about delivering a top level service.

I received an email from ClickSlice one day. It's not rare to receive marketing from SEO companies, but it was clear ClickSlice were different and could show proven results on their website. Josh came down to see me, we had a great chat and I decided ClickSlice were the company to handle our SEO requirements.

ClickSlice helped us research which keywords to go for and provided an estimate of the likely extra traffic and likely conversions we would get. They analysed our competitors and first of all optimised the headings and internal links on our site, which mean't we quickly started to rank much higher in Google! Then they built quality links on a monthly basis and added some great supporting content to the site to help with Google's rankings.

We worked with Josh (the owner) and Sam. Both members are highly professional and excellent at what they do.
