5. There is good use of 3rd party APIs (e.g., calendly, Google map services, enzuzo, MailChimp, Google Analytics).
6. They empolyed good SEO practices which has resulted in high search rankings in a variety of search eingines which as lead to a lot of organic traffic on the site.
7. Website is Robust and reliable meaning that uptime is high. 
8. Increase of leads due to the traffic on the site.
