I wanted to create a website for our company.

Accentuate Ltd created a website for us from scratch using WordPress. Regarding our requirements, we asked them to use certain wording and material so the items could comply with our company. In addition, we wanted to have Google reviews displayed on the site.

Currently, they’re providing maintenance and updates to make changes to the site.

They were referred to us by a member of my networking group.

We’ve spent around £4,000 (approximately $4,800 USD) with them so far.

We started working together in June 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

We've received great feedback from the website users. Overall, everything has been positive.

How did Accentuate Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

I'm satisfied with project management; they meet deadlines and stay on budget. Regarding tools, we use email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're knowledgeable in website development, have a friendly team, and communicate clearly — they're nice people to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I'm delighted with everything about their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I highly recommend people working with them; we've had a great experience because they're a knowledgeable team that knows their stuff. Accentuate Ltd's team always get back to us if we have any issues and explain everything in layman's terms so we can understand their work.
