I am the Head of Growth for an international FinTech business based in the UK.

For what projects/services did your company hire INK Media, and what were your goals?

We were struggling to get organic traffic outside of brand terms, despite having a fair amount of content and a well optimised website.

How did you select INK Media and what were the deciding factors?

The team at Ink Media were super-helpful at identifying the areas we should focus on to improve SEO rankings and drive incremental quality traffic. The deciding factors were their subject matter expertise and their ability to work and drive results across multiple geographies (ie. European countries).

The project included multiple stages: we had prepared a brief which summarised our challenges backed by SEO reports from multiple sources. The team at Ink sent us a proposal which was very comprehensive, from understanding the problem, to ideation, strategic framework and execution.

Key deliverables were to increase the number of non-brand ranking keywords, improve page authority, trust flow and ultimately improve SEO rankings.

We liaised mainly with Jamie, Ink Media's founder and MD but also had some helpful interaction with other more junior members of the team at the execution phase.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results generated by the campaigns managed by the Ink team exceeded our expectations. Not only we saw an improvement in key SEO metrics (page authority, SEO rankings, etc.) we also started generating quality leads from the pages we used in the campaign, which was a clear measurable outcome.

The team were super professional. They have very clear and efficient processes, they are very easy to communicate with and have templated reports that are very useful and make it clear to understand progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their ability to deliver tangible results in such a short amount of time.

No that I can think of.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed advice on all things SEO including what to consider with smaller budgets and realistic expectation on ROI. The brand needed to reach for low hanging fruit and aim for smaller wins that can later be scaled.

It was not a difficult decision. INK offers a straight-forward, honest approach offering clarification and guidance at every stage. Their knowledge and experience with similar sized brands meant they came to us with tried and tested suggestions that work.

We worked backwards from the end goal to produce a digital strategy/roadmap. Ink advising on all aspects, from website build, to PPC spend.
