We hired Addesu because we didn't have any in-house digital marketing expertise yet we know it would be a crucial pillar to growing our subscriber base at Selva. The work with Addesu was focused on driving high quality leads to our website through paid ads on social media.
Addesu helped us from end-to-end in this process, including: setting up our Facebook business profile, advice on effective creatives and copy, building the campaign (audience, placements,budget etc), and ongoing performance monitoring and iterations to improve results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Before working with Addesu, our organic social media traffic was flat. Once Addesu got going, and with our limited budget, social media traffic to our website increased by over 150%, resulting in a 30% increase in sales.
Addesu also helped us A/B test our creatives and copy so we could learn about the messaging that best resonates with our target audience. The learnings from that early campaign were crucial in helping us establish our brand and find our voice, and are still being used across our business today.

The work was always delivered on time and whenever we had questions or comments, we'd get a response within the day, usually within a matter of hours. They were highly professional and punctual.

As this was our first experience working in digital marketing, we kept coming back with questions and changes. Addesu were more than happy to adapt to our ever-changing needs, and explain things in detail whenever we needed it (which was a lot!). We partnered with Addesu to audit our paid media strategy and to reset our foundations. Within this they would restructure our accounts and remove wastage across Google Adwords and Meta. All with the objective of getting best practise embedded in our paid strategy, to enable us to scale our international presence.

We typically use revenue and ROAS as the main KPIs for success. From a paid social perspective we look at other metrics such as CPMs and traffic to site.

Addesu meet deadlines and are proactive across all paid activity in order to meet targets. They are good at chasing me as well, which puts ownership back onto us as the client as well. They have a test & learn attitude which is refreshing, but are agile that if needs change within our business, they can adapt where necessary. We have open communication with Addesu, so much so that they feel comfortable to challenge areas of our strategy when they feel it's required.

They genuinely are an extension of our team and immersed themselves in our brand from the start. They are relaxed and will go above and beyond to help hit our targets. Even when challenged on performance and spend / budgets. They are a great team and we love working with them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Addesu could have done differently?
Perhaps a little more collaboration on using 1st party data from our business to reach new/ similar audiences. Whether this should be driven from Derek Rose side more, needs to be discussed. Also it would be good if Addesu could push or chase harder sometimes with the big platforms (google, Meta) and feed partners for answers if performance is struggling. Rather than waiting for DR to flag it as an issue.
