I’ve met with a few other marketing companies in Austin and they all had a perfunctory, industrialized approach that focused on making your business fit into their pre-designed templates. Rock Candy Media interviewed me, figured out what we needed to accomplish, and achieved all those goals in the way that was best suited to our unique needs. The most striking part was that their CEO was in every meeting, looped into every email, and involved in our project every step of the way. I felt like they invested all of their resources into our project and treated us like we were their only customer, even though I know we weren’t.

NP is a company that has a clear and precise working methodology so far. And best of all, I'm confident they'll implement it. I don't have a team. NP is my team! Their roadmap and schedule are precise; there's no room for misunderstandings, and they are always on time. First, be patient and commit to the process. Second, be prepared to see NP as a valid extension of your team - they work best when you give them full access to understand your business challenges. Third, take advantage of their expertise. Finally, follow their structured approach and regular communication schedule. The communication channel is always open with them, and I highly value their detection of technical or structural problems with the website that I’m unaware of or cannot detect or resolve myself.
