What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In 2017, we made only €1,000 (approximately $1,120 USD) per year in sales, while in 2018, we made eight times that; an amount we’ve already matched in 2019. We’ve had slick growth over the past 10 months, and we’re very happy. Each month we try to invest a bit more in SEO or SEM, and we’ve just signed another agreement with them for another €500 (approximately $560 USD) per month.
How did Digitad perform from a project management standpoint?
It’s rather good. We speak with them often through regular contacts—one every week at least, depending on the timeline of our projects. They’re really available, they’ve helped us to make good decisions.
Each month, we receive an email with data analysis and one that’s more general. They also offer a 50-minute call that can be extended if there are more topics to discuss. It’s excellent; we switched from terrible customer experience to a very good one.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The availability of their CEO is impressive. We had an hour-long meeting with them, and they took the time to understand our business and challenges, coming away with some excellent proposals.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't see a single area where they’re performing less than they could. They’re very cheap compared to other proposals from France, we’ve had good metrics, and communication is very good, so it’s a perfect deal.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
You can rely on the availability of the people working at Digitad and trust their abilities. At first, when we’d just changed our website, we had a drop in the SEO traffic because of the new pages and new content. It was a bit tough, but we’ve invested in SEM thanks to them. Six months later, natural traffic is way above what we previously had. You shouldn’t expect results to happen overnight.
