What was the scope of their involvement?

2POINT Agency did web design and development under my guidance. We started the project by giving them the sites' concepts, photos, and texts, and they did the imagery, design, and implementation of our requirements. After that, we went through a back-and-forth process to get the final products. Regarding functionalities, the sites are informational, and users can contact us for inquiries.

In addition, they've helped me recover my Gmail account, which Google paused. 2POINT Agency's team contacted Google directly and got my email account back with all the information within it.

We initially brought in 2POINT Agency to redo our main website and another site for one of our other divisions. They redid the two websites, and since then, they’ve helped us build a mobile and online application for our salesforce.

We gave them the content, but 2POINT Agency built everything from scratch. They’ve used some WordPress plug-ins, JavaScript, and HTML on the code.

The websites have been up and running for over a year, and they completed the web and mobile application in the middle of 2021. Additionally, we’re on a monthly maintenance plan where they host our servers and make any updates as needed.

No, we don’t have much on our end to ask them to improve on; they’ve been great with us. With our old web developers, it’d take them 48–72 hours to respond, so it’s nice to have responses within 24 hours.

They lead the project in many ways, which takes a lot of stress off us. They have processes to drive the project forward, and the team guides us through them. We don’t have to create deadlines, manage them, or arrange people on calls; they handle all that.

Their biggest selling point is that they can do all aspects of marketing and media. For example, another company would focus on social media, and that’s all they do. Ultimately, you’d have to hire a company for social media, one for web development, and another for video and photography to achieve your goals. We did a Google search, and found that 2point met all our needs. They have great reviews. They are close to Hawaii. There website was straight forward and they were very responsive with all my questions.

2point started by revising our website. They updated our shop page to be search engine compliant and consistently search for and remove unauthorized embedded links. The next step was to clarify content/phrasing to optimize our key words for online searches. We were offered services to customize and unify our ads for each brand across multiple platforms. Those ads were then targeted to specific demographics per our requests via social media outlets and Constant Contact. We continue to utilize their fully customizable SEO and SEM campaigns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our Google and Bing keyword rankings increased by 400% due to the SEO campaign implemented by 2point Agency. The additional links created for article promotion, content syndication, PR and image submissions additionally contributed to the 80% increase in website visits and shop sessions year to date. As a result, our online sales have increased 30% year over and we have been able to supplement our on site sales through the travel restricted years.

We have zoom meetings and calls 2 times a week. They answer emails in a timely manner. I do have a point of contact for weekends and after hours. so very good communication flow between us and 2point.

Firstly, we provided 2POINT with our existing site so that they had an idea of our needs, and they provided us with PDF design samples for us to approve. As for the marketing side of things, 2POINT has taken over our Google Ads account, so they now manage our advertising campaigns. Now, they help us make changes to the site as needed. For example, whenever we receive a new review, we send it to them, and they help us display it at the bottom of the page.

In addition to the website, 2POINT has helped us design our logo. For this, we first explained what we wanted, and they came up with a few options. Then, they delivered the PNG files with the final logo. About a year into our relationship, we had to change our logo, so they also helped us create a new logo and make the switch.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Ultimately the brand awareness has gone up and we are now adding additional champaigns to continue the trajectory which has been great.

The largest project we developed with 2Point is a backend web portal which houses many of the day to day tools we use in our business. In addition to this, it ties in with a mobile app that funnels the date into this portal. It's been great. Communication has been via email and Zoom.

We have one point of contact and don't have to constantly talk to new people. That is invaluable.

Untimely the things that have errors they are able to work with you without having to create a whole new scope of work. There are occasionally bugs but they correct this within a reasonable amount of time.
