What was the scope of their involvement?

U-WEBMEDIA has started new ad campaigns to maximize our performance by showcasing our products on Google Ads. Google automatically displays our products and headlines, and U-WEBMEDIA automates the ads.

We initially told them which ads we wanted to run, and they got to work. We decided to run 6–7 campaigns, and U-WEBMEDIA has already started 3–4.

They’re currently running search engine ads on Google and YouTube, as well as creating assets for them. Additionally, they’ve told us how we can improve our website and where we should focus on and add keywords.

Once we agreed with all the keywords they chose, we launched campaigns. They then managed day to day operations and optimizations of the account. We met bi-weekly and more if need be. Traditionally reviewing campaigns performance and if I had any new direction on new assets to promote.
