I'm the CEO of a small company that offers consultation services in Jaipur, India. We have three employees in our firm.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with U-WEBMEDIA?

We hired U-WEBMEDIA to provide digital marketing and SEO services to increase our leads and sales.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I first provided U-WEBMEDIA with my requirements. They informed me that my goals would take some time to accomplish, so I engaged them for 2–3 months first to see what the results will be. From there, I would decide whether or not to continue working with them.

When I saw that the results were good, we continued the engagement. We provided U-WEBMEDIA with some briefs and a few keywords, and they went on to promote our website to get us more traffic and leads. They did advertising, marketing, organic SEO, and social bookmarking. They also ran PPC campaigns, specifically focusing on Google Ads.

U-WEBMEDIA did some structural changes to our website as well to allow for on-page SEO and better link-building. Once that was arranged, they then did off-page SEO where they provided a press release, direct submission links, article submission links, and profile creation.

What is the team composition?

We worked with about three people from their team.

How did you come to work with U-WEBMEDIA?

Somebody who had worked with them in the past referred them to us. I decided to visit their office and give them my requirements, which gladly took on. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent between $5,000–$6,000 on the project so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began our partnership in November 2020, but we put the project on pause in 2021 due to financial reasons. We officially picked up on it again last March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

U-WEBMEDIA has provided me with excellent results, which is why we are still in collaboration with them. There has been a sharp increase in our web traffic, leads, and conversions, and we’re ranking in Google’s top search results pages. We’re now getting many local clients as well.

How did U-WEBMEDIA perform from a project management standpoint?

They provide me with results every week, and they meet all of my deadlines. We’re in constant communication as well, and they always ask questions and clarifications. I very much appreciate how they’re able to guide me through the processes, especially with PPC and organic SEO, which I was not familiar with when this project first started. 

We communicate through emails and phone calls. We also have regular in-person meetings since we’re all in the same city.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to deliver excellent-quality results is what stands out to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don't see anything that they can improve. They’ve been great in every aspect of the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clearly outline your requirements and timeline for the project. Trust that U-WEBMEDIA will deliver because they’re very good at what they do.
