I am the CEO of a digital first real estate business operating in South East Asian markets

We initially used local businesses and freelancers that could not help us scale up and kept hit ceilings with our performance. Smaller businesses and freelance consultants couldn't always keep up with the rapid changes in the PPC landscape and performance was not consistent.

Via initial consultations and conversations, exploring and reviewing our current campaigns and identifying areas of need. Their holistic and conversational approach made us feel they really understood our business goals.

Campaigns are successful so far, we started of small and focused. BIGG helped us scale and reach each level we needed as our business grew.

We have regular open dialogue, with more in depth monthly and quarterly reviews.

Their level of expertise and speed off support.

there is always room for improvement, however with our budgets and resources we felt it was adequate for our level.

Incremental increase in lead volumes year on year across all parts of our business

Management style is very collaborative and proactive. They take a hands on/flexible approach always taking time to understand the needs of our business in line with our current strategy and priorities. Communication tools include emails, calls, Teams, Google Meet and face-to-face meetings with regular reporting.

Their flexible and proactive approach and collaborative approach to all aspects of the relationship
