At no point did Chameleon gives us any sales talk. Everything was authentic, and they delivered results on time. While other companies I’ve worked with have hidden behind technical jargon, they provided transparency. Everyone was technically-savvy, experienced with SEO, Google AdWords, and social media. Are there any areas for improvement?
It’s hard to pinpoint anything, as they worked so hard to achieve what we set them. The only negative would be that we sometimes had to wait a day to get a response from the director, after emailing him directly. To be fair, he wasn’t our primary point of contact, and he was a busy person. In the end, he always did get back to us with factual information, so we really can’t complain.
