The onboarding process was unprofessional and problematic; CC Capital Group did not give notice that we were interviewing cold callers, so we were not prepared when we were suddenly on a call with five candidates. CC Capital Group told us that they could provide research on some of the leads we were having them reach out to. The tools that they said they had ended up being Google and LinkedIn, which we felt was ingenuine because anyone can use the Internet to look things up, including myself. We didn’t get the sense that they understood our ultimate goal, and we eventually discovered that they’d never run a B2B campaign; I think they’ve only run B2C campaigns.

The first thing we noticed was their bid and proposal process. A lot of companies would just send back a high-level estimate and not much else around it. They took the time to get on a call with us, really understand the requirements, and put together a formal presentation with examples of their work, several slides on the services they provide, and a detailed breakdown of what they would do for us. Beyond that, I was impressed with the way they managed the schedule and the relationship.

As for the logo design specifically, Ryan did an excellent job taking care of every aspect of it. Their attention to detail during the design process was excellent, and I could easily request changes for it if needed. Since we made it public, everyone has been amazed by it and all of my unique new designs, helping me impress people and attract new clients. I’ve used CIANIC for different projects because they always take care of me and my business. Their work is amazing, and they always overdeliver, offering creative ideas to tackle every project. Working with them is a no-brainer. Tell them your ideas but also be open to their creativity. They’re very creative, so if you allow them to provide you with their input, they’ll take your ideas to a new level.
