Pik and her team had their work cut out for them. We hired them to:

• design our new website 
• design all of our new sales collateral from fact sheets to slide decks
• design other pieces of content from infographics, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no measurable outcomes - we gave Pik direction and she ran with it. If we had feedback, she took it and worked with what she wanted. Additionally, if we had ideas that weren't great, she would tell us (and be right!).

Our items were ALWAYS delivered on time. Pik is extremely communicative and set deadlines and expectations up front from cost, to deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found best is how involved their team is in the process. It isn't as simple as saying - hey, can you design a fact sheet? She genuinely cares about what you are looking to achieve, what your goals are and how you want to bring a certain vision to life. She will set up calls to go over everything which is always a thoughtful discussion.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Angel could have done differently?

None- I'm very happy with this team.

Avana Health secures funding from investors, indicating that the improved brand identity and pitch deck effectively convinced them to invest.

Design Angel met all timelines. Was clear in communication and always reachable via phone, Slack and email. Was flexible and responsive to our indivdual needs. They truly went above and beyond to help us every step of the way.
