Chris has always managed our projects very well. I've been particularly impressed with the fast and clear communication, and he's always delivered as expected and on time.

I would say the most impressive thing about working with Chris / Pacific Codeline is the way he has always made sure to ask questions and share concerns about a project to fully understand the scope and expectations of each task.

Pacific Codeline (PC) undertook the front-end programming of official municipal software for a German state ministry. PC developed easy-to-use input forms with vue.js, connected to a Python/Django backend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All our predefined required form fields are ready for immediate use.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

PC independently made arrangements with the backend developers and made very helpful decisions on its own. The project content changed slightly during the process, but PC was flexible and took everything into account. Although a fixed package price was agreed, PC took on an additional task at the end of the project at no extra cost. Despite the tight schedule, They finished on time and responded extremely quickly to our needs.

Communication in German and understanding were excellent and the meetings very effective.
