They're fabulous. They're clear about telling you when the deadlines are on the whole. They give you a dashboard and they set a milestone for the project. Once you get something given to you, you have 48 hours to turn it around and give it back to them for feedback or changes. They're very clear. They know how long it's going to take them to do something. They know to remind you of deadlines and say, “If you miss this deadline, here's the impact of that.” Also, they say, “If you're in the middle of a project and you decide to go a totally different way, that's great and that's okay. Projects can have flexibility, but the effect is going to be X, Y, and Z.”

It just depends on the size of the site and what you're looking for. They're great people. They're patient and they listen. They're honest with you. Josh's proactiveness was remarkable - he often anticipated our needs before we articulated them.
