Moves the Needle was able to partner with our cross-functional product teams to disect a real cutomer problem and through the process they taught the team a more customer-centric approach to determining the root issues. In additionl the Moves the Needle team gave them hands on experience crafting experiments to test their hypotheses and then guidance on crafting the story to the leadership team to show the data behind the proposed approach.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The impact had a positive lasting effect on the team. It changed their approach to how they improved their product. By doing more upfront discovery the team became more efficient and delivered more business value with the same resources.

The project management team was excellent. They were on time with every deadline and very prepared for the working sessions. They were flexible with the needs of our team and they were able to adjust the timing of the exercises as needed as they learned where more learning was needed.

It was impressive how much they were able to fit into the time we had together. They taught the concept, gave hands on experience with the concept and then they also shared tools the team could take away to ensure the lessons learned could be implemented with the team going forward.
