We had a product idea in mind and needed a deeper user study and prototype designs to get user inputs. Circora team (led by Jacqueline) participated in the initial ICP interviews, brainstorming with product on how to design the product interface and they quickly built out revisions of workflows for gather user inputs.

Delivery of user study questionnarie that we heavily relied on conducting user interviews. 

Brand logos of variations in styles to pick from and also different form factors

Entire end to end workflow Figma designs (several iterations) delivered rapidly

They were very prompt in driving the agenda and building a schedule for delivery. Everytime there was an upcoming deliverable, they would inform ahead of time of the timeline and always stuck to the dates promised. The communication was very clear and tight.

The team is about delivering impact and high standards. They are in the project to build longer term relationships and making you successful - this is not about money or their gains but your success.

Key deliverables were to redesign our complete product experience in preparation for a conference we were attending. Feedback from our customers was that our website and product looked dated and the workflows weren't intuitive. Jacqueline from Circora not only made the designs absolutely fabulous but customers loved the demo we did at the conference. In fact that design and proto is now hosted on our website too.

Mentioned already that the designs were a resounding success - though we havent implemented them yet people love it and its now hosted on our website.

Jacqueline is always available to me and went above and beyond working late hours to get my work done in time thought I had a last minute need. Circora's team and designer were just fantastic, and her design aesthetic is the best I have seen.

Jac brings a rare combination of responsiveness, creativity, and product intuition that made her the ideal partner for our Figma demo. She was always available—jumping on calls, working through messy details in real time—and approached every conversation with care and clarity.

We came in with a strong vision but a lot of half-formed ideas. Jac helped us turn that conceptual “spaghetti-on-the-wall” thinking into a structured, compelling prototype. Her ability to extract the signal from the noise and translate it into a tangible, user-friendly design was exactly what we needed.

But what truly sets Jac apart is her mindset. She’s not just building a deliverable—she’s invested in the people behind the project. You can feel that she finds meaning in the work, and it shows in both the product and the process.

We needed to build a Prototype of our ad automation functionality. The goal was for the team to build our a figma design that could act as a prototype and also help with flushing out UX details for us to build.
