We primarily communicate via email and use Google Drive. Their project management’s great. Rather than telling us what to do, they actually listen to us. If there’s an aspect I don’t like, I give them feedback. Their team then fixes it. Deal Design doesn't try to convince us to do what they want us to do. Rather, their team’s open to feedback and understands that we know our business better than them.
