We hired Citizen Best to reimagine the Direction.com brand, providing refreshed logo designs and product naming conventions for improved market position. Their team delivered outstanding iconography, logos, color palette, and graphic designs that will allow us to stand apart from our direct competitors while appealing to our target market in the U.S.

Citizen Best always delivered the next round of deliverables on time. During video calls, we would review new design illustrations and provide feedback. Their internal communication was excellent, as every bit of feedback was carried over into the next design evolution. After each meeting, they would follow up with a recap and present new designs prior to our weekly meetings so we could compile feedback and review together over our calls.

All in all, they were always responsive to our needs, agile in delivering refreshed designs, and patient during our brainstorming huddles. Their expertise shined in the way they led us to an elevated brand image while still allowing our creative input to inform the design process.

Nothing - they did an outstanding job. The project escalated quickly and within our projected timeline; the designs they delivered were beautiful and on-point; and we are confident that we can better position our products and services to appeal to our target market.
