We’re a small startup focused on developing immunotherapy for cancer.

What challenge were you trying to address with ReproMagic?

As a smaller company, we wanted to get more exposure. We wanted to develop company swag and manage the production process through a single vendor.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re a design and printing company that produces promotional items such as company T-shirts, tote bags, business cards. They’ve also embroidered lanyards, folders, notebooks, and pens. Additionally, they produced vertical signage and tablecloths with our company logo on them. 

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with one person, but a designer from their team will occasionally come in for the approval process. They’re a small company, so I’m familiar with the owner as well. 

How did you come to work with ReproMagic?

We heard about them through word of mouth. Their owner is married to one of our employees.  

How much have you invested with them?

A project with them typically ranges from $100–$500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re flexible and have met some pretty tough deadlines. For instance, once we provided them with business card designs that we needed the next day. They made it work, handling the project very quickly.  

How did ReproMagic perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at communicating and getting us invoices quickly. Whenever we need something from them, they respond within 30 minutes of us emailing them.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work is particularly strong. We’ve never received anything sloppy from them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Their website will give you a great idea of everything they have to offer. If you don’t see what you need on the website, they’re also able to help you customize an order.
