The measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress and success include a clean, modern website that was updated to reflect our company’s rebranding. We also received positive feedback from customers on the improved user experience and visual appeal. Most importantly, we saw an increase in catering inquiries and orders, which was our primary focus for the update.

They were incredibly flexible with our team throughout the entire project. From the very first conversation, they provided a clear timeline, but given how demanding and fast-paced our industry is, our availability was often limited. Despite this, they consistently pivoted and adjusted to our shifting schedules without hesitation. Their project management was excellent—organized, responsive, and proactive. Even with the challenges on our end, they managed to deliver key milestones on time and stayed aligned with the original scope as much as possible. They were attentive to our needs and quick to respond whenever priorities shifted, which made the whole collaboration feel seamless and well-coordinated.

One area for potential improvement isn’t about Colorbars directly, but more about the limitations of some eCommerce and hosting platforms. For businesses that need features like catering, flexible ordering, or custom lead times, these platforms can sometimes fall short or be hard to customize.

That said, Colorbars did a great job working within those limits. But in the future, exploring more advanced or specialized eCommerce options—especially for stores with unique needs like catering—could elevate future projects even more. Whether that means suggesting integrations, or custom apps, it’s an area worth exploring to help clients with more niche needs stay competitive and efficient.
