We were trying to make our mobile app more user-friendly and presentable to our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Streamline social has helped us revamp the UI of our app to make it more user-friendly. Now, they continue to update our app and help us with other projects.

I worked with four different people from Streamline social, including their CEO and different technical level operators.

We found Streamline social through a Google search.

We’ve spent around $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Streamline social has designed an easier way for our users to navigate our mobile app. However, we haven’t implemented it yet. The quality of their work is very good so far. Although they’ve had some challenges and redone some things, they’re willing to go back and figure out different solutions and options.

How did Streamline social perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email, in-person meetings, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Streamline social is very resourceful and willing to explore options and find solutions for extraordinary issues.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Streamline social worked faster.
