iBOS Limited did an excellent job in creating a well executed project plan as follows: They conducted an initial research phase to understand our target user's needs and preferences, and the challenges they commonly face when using healthcare platforms. Based on their research they developed a wireframe with the proposed features, layout, and navigation of the platform. 

They created a visual design concept that aligned with our brand and user preferences. They provided a clickable prototype to allow us to experiment with the interface's functionality, features, and user flow. Finally, they delivered the completed design assets, including style guides, design sysytem,and UI kit

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They exceeded our expectations in UI/UX designing of our company. The measurable outcomes have been tremendous in terms of performance since we implemented the redesign. Online reviews have improved compared to before the redesign, and our users have given us positive feedback regarding the ease of use and user interface. The user interface design efficiently served as a distinguishing factor compared to our competitors, which certainly helped us stand out as a healthcare platform.
