Their approach to the work they do is outstandingly thorough and efficient. They’re able to turn projects around rapidly while still maintaining exceptionally high standards. They always had a positive mindset, even when we made requests that other agencies might consider unreasonable. Towards the end of the project, we requested that they significantly increase the size of the data sets without fully realizing how much work it would entail. They were able to quickly and accurately identify all the necessary steps to achieving that goal. Also, we had to completely redesign the site and rebuild several features a month before project launch, and the Beyond team understood the necessity and stepped up to the challenge with absolutely no complaints.

There may be moments when Cyber-Duck's team has to research an issue, but they know their stuff, and I don't think I've ever stumped them with a question. There was one point in our project when Cyber-Duck switched project managers, so I wasn't sure who was running the work. I was able to contact both persons and receive an answer, so it didn't affect my progress.
