Coherence Digital was hired by an underfloor heating company to manage their Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and MROI dashboard through Looker Studio according to their specifications.

Coherence Digital made changes to the client's GTM, GA4, and Looker Studio and performed several QA sessions. However, in the process, the client's platforms broke and lost data. Moreover, the team deployed unfit project management and didn't correct mistakes. This all led to a failed partnership.

The worst project managment we've ever experienced. We often had mutiple people included in an email chain when a single person would do, which meant we burnt through our retainer ours without any real output. When we did have an output, the qualuty was shocking. Not only did they broke the platforms they were tasked to look over, the loss of data and quality of data we had though GA4 was shocking, having made many mistakes which trying to impliment simple changes. We had to find another company to put these issues right. One of the worst companies I've ever worked with.
