ClerksWell deliver on time wherever possible. If there is a delay to any agreed or expected timelines they pro-actively communicate this ahead of time. They are very pro-active in anticipating needs and follow up on what can be improved in the next phase of the project to ensure they are delivering the best possible service.

The digital estate is a key feature of our reputation and operational engagement as a lobbying organisation. Senior leadership don't have to worry about the stability, availability or performance of our websites - we can just focus on our business. This doesn't happen by accident. I’m a digital marketing executive at Baker Tilly International, an accountancy and business consulting network.

What challenge were you trying to address with ClerksWell?

Our existing website was outdated, and we needed a new platform as we rolled out our rebranding efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve initially launched a scoping phase to plot timelines and formulate strategies with ClerksWell’s team. They’ve then devised a new host system based on our existing technology stack and proceeded with the website development stage. ClerksWell has fully built the new platform according to our recent rebranding solutions, and they continue to support us with maintenance services.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact and project manager is Pratish (Director of Operations).

How did you come to work with ClerksWell?

They were working hand in hand with the rebranding team we engaged for our brand overhaul project.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement with ClerksWell started in August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our host system has previously served 40 members, and ClerksWell’s efforts have led to a 40% increase, with our firm members totaling 70. Their capacity to boost our membership rate is our main success metric for their performance, and we trust that they’ll continue to refine our system and proactively take control of our hosting efforts to help us gain more traction.

How did ClerksWell perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via email and conduct regular meetings through Microsoft Teams. I can’t say enough great things about ClerksWell’s project management skills — they set realistic deadlines and keep us in the loop at all times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with ClerksWell’s unwavering enthusiasm. When other providers only work fervently at the start of a partnership, their team goes above and beyond by maintaining their excitement to witness our success throughout our long-term engagement.

They’re a busy and booked team, so it will help if they consider staffing up.
