I was most impressed by the efforts they made to ensure the solution proposed was the best for our needs - functionality, workflows and budget. They made sure in their planning phase that they met with those who would be using the system to fully understand their workflows and relate those to the project deliverables. They were also open to feedback as the project progressed which allowed us to agree ad-hoc enhancements, some in budget and some at extra cost.

They’d then take that feedback and incorporate it into the next iteration. We were rarely disappointed by the results of that process. I found them very supportive and very effective at communication. They’d respond to our inquiries within hours, not days. They were able to deal with our issues very rapidly, rather than stranding me up for days on end, wondering what was going on. They set out a very clear timeframe when things were going to happen, and how things were going to take place. They’d rarely break that specified timeframe, and when they did, we’d always receive notification beforehand. There weren’t any surprises with Wholegrain. They’re just very capable and competent professionals.

We interviewed five companies and their proposal was particularly fantastic, and it was the best written. It was very detailed; a lot of thought went into it, and truly they demonstrated an understanding of what we were trying to achieve. I think the greatest quality about the Moove Agency that I didn’t find with the other companies is that they’re extremely open to ideas. They listen and understand things. They go away and take that, and come back with something that is probably better than the original discussion. I find with some of these creative companies that some of them kind of tell you this is how it should be. Whereas with Moove Agency, we really felt like we got what we wanted because they were very responsive, very quick to turn around ideas. The actual project that was launched in April was delivered on time and on budget as well. That’s a real testament to these guys being reactive to our needs. If I’ve got a problem I would tell them, and it would often be fixed the same day. So very quick, very creative, and fantastic at listening.
