What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good insight into education industry so was able to draw on past experience and make suggesions based on what had worked well in the past. Once a project was decided on, it often surpassed my expectations - sometimes what was delivered was completley different to what was in my mind but in a very good way! I realised I had perhaps been limiting the potential of the business by my own lack of imagination. "

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hatcha could have done differently?

Perhaps better testing could have been set up  - at times we thought things had been adequately tested but then weeks later spotted issues. But we've a very complex website so perhaps unavoidable.
