We were impressed with their effective communication and planning and exceptional knowledge and support when needed, even 3:00 a.m. in the morning

Some delays occured which some was accidental but others may be improve for better time management.

First we got a marketing strategy from OLLU Enterprise outlining the key metrics and how to achieve the goals. Once the plan approved we worked with them on content creation for the campaign inline with our goals and metrics We then advertise it and did the test run of our content and push on those with higher engagement rate. We also add printing flyers and other branding materials for direct advertising. We used their bookkeeping service to submit our annual account which was due at the time.

Our ROI increased by 3% in a matter of month Our engagement increased by 6.7% We generated over 628 followers in 1 month of organic growth Our bookkeeping cost decreased by more than 35%

They did have some delays but it was tolerable and understandable but in all been said everything was very smooth!

Communication and the business model. Their business model was very effective in terms of cost and speed and the results you are getting.It is like dealing with a bot that has the human touch to it.

They have to improve their client portal. it seems like there is not quite updated and sometimes glitchy when you want to manage your request.
