RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the beginning, the team got the tropical luxury look we wanted for our company. The website they made looks awesome too. The warm colour combinations and shots just give off that exclusive island paradise feel we strived for.

To be honest, at first I was kinda worried about working with a remote team instead of meeting in person. But they totally exceeded my expectations with how well they communicated and understood our vision. They really listened.

We were starting from scratch with no existing website, so it's hard to compare to before. But I'm confident this new site and branding will blow up our high-end rental business big time. Their design skills really matched our needs. I'm just so impressed overall and glad we went with them. It was an absolute pleasure working with them!

We had one small hiccup after a few weeks of works, but that was expected - they explained that the timing can vary. But overall we managed on time and they definitely delivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They all live somewhere else :-D And can work efficiently. Also their time management and reporting of works done was excellent. I always knew what I'm paying for cause they reported every single minute they spent on our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mark We Trust could have done differently?

I only wish to meet them one day in person honestly. :)
