Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

First we filled out a detailed brief. Based on it, we developed 3 concepts. Next, the team developed the basic elements of graphic elements and patterns in three variants. This makes it possible to adapt and use these elements in other channels of communication with customers. Next, we moved on to social media packaging. Developed design packaging of social networks (instagram, FaceBook, Linkedin, Youtube, Telegram channel). 

The next step was to develop the Social Media Content block. We divided it into 11 topics and developed 6-9 visualization options for each topic.

1. Announcement of Events that take place in the city 
2. Personal cards of masters who provide services to the community. 
3. Card presentation of a Startup or a company 
4. Expert card in the community 
5. Travel card with a profile of the person who organises it 
6. Restaurant card
7. Real estate - rentals sale of villas, apartments, hotel 8. Vacancy from the company 
8. Service with assistance in relocation 
9. A card for publishing organic content from locations
10. Form for Reels Branded Merchandise.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We were made a very cool identity that resonates with our users. They love it! And we are happy about it!
• We have developed an identity and design for all social networks. This gives us higher audience engagement rates. 
• We now look cool in the eyes of our customers. Our brand looks more expensive and attractive.

• Angelina was in charge of our project. It was very cool! Her systematic and structured approach is to be envied! We even improved some processes of information storage and prioritization in the team based on her experience. 
• The whole team got into the project and became completely immersed in the project. We worked as a unified team that has been in the job for more than a month. Everything was done on time. 
• All our requests and comments were heard. Communication took place in a super eco-friendly format.

We were impressed with their collaborative approach and team cohesion. They worked as a single brain. I felt like they understood the product better than I did. That's just great! I was also impressed that they did more than what was agreed upon.

Bolder Agency was tasked with revamping our brand identity. After compleing this task, the following assignment was to prepare our landing page so that can be adopted for crowdfunding, raising capital & engaging industry partners, while converting visitors from startups & small businesses into users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our fundraising & partnership engagement efforts became far clearer. The fundraising results are hard to quantify right now, as our fundraising efforts are only starting. Over the course of preparing our brand assets & sharing them with industry partners, we got a lot of praise and more industry members became will to collaborate with us.

Bolder is great to work with, we will work with them again. We are deeply grateful for their work with teasing out our - sometimes vague - ideas for how to formulate what we do, how to display it in our brand assets and on our website landing page. The amount of work done on each item is remarkable - we showed their drafts consistenly throughout the process to our partners; everyone is impressed. 

The team communicated proactively, working with our schedule and incorporating changes creatively. Bolder Agency did what we needed in a way that allows us to approach serious US-based VC investors.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team at Bolder proved extremely hard working and thoughtful. My co-founder and I were deeply impressed when, while preparing the landing page, after an off-handed comment about the dark mode for the website, the team had produced 4 drafts - just to get our thoughts. The synergy within their team seems to work very well.

The work was great. Excited to see what other capabilities Bolder will add in the future.
