Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a construction company based in Riga, Latvia. We established in 2007 and since are positioning the leading positions on the Latvian market of fences and pillars construction. I am the CEO of Ramex.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atekla Studio?

We have hired Atekla studio for a redesign and redevelopment of our e-commerce website to increase our sales. They have provided us with web design services, web development services, and online marketing through Google AdWords.

What were your goals for this project?

To get a better image of our company in the digital sphere. We have needed a website with a thoughtful UI/UX which would not be lagging and that would bring us much more sales.

The Atekla team has designed a prototype with a thoughtful interface and has designed the whole new website. They also did a great job in terms of programming. They helped us a lot by promoting us through Google AdWords.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our sales have increased a lot since we have linked with the web agency Atekla. Also, our customers are giving us great feedback about our new website and our new design.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We and the agency have been on touch every working day and the Atekla team has been showing us the progress step by step about every day. They did a great job in terms of fixing the issues and in terms of arranged deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their customer service approach is outstanding. Every member of the company is very friendly and they truly want to do their best to provide the best possible result. Not every company does it the same way. Also, they design and develop world-class websites with quality design.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They did a great job but there are always is a space for improvements. I would suggest Atekla do overall documentation of the whole process at the end of our project so that we could better analyze our cooperation.
