Additionally, during the development cycle, we needed to adapt the technical design and make adjustments to our microservices technology decisions and IT Labs provided critical competencies and resources to navigate new technologies while keeping the development largely on plan and budget. First, the incredible width and depth of IT Labs core competencies and their ability to bring those competencies and resources, when necessary, to our project which enabled our company to make significantly better strategic decisions on this project and then IT Labs was able to adjust/adapt the project plan to navigate these decisions without materially compromising our products time to market. And second, and possibly more importantly, their agility and "grit" to both successfully navigate the many crucible moments all strategic projects face and their team did not "blink", increased communications, decision-making, and found the new path to deliver on their commitments to our company.
