I was an new business so the scope of work was to take an overview of my ideas, from initial consultation to produce the most amazing Brandfreak report for my business. This gave me clarity on the journey and my vision and values. This was then transposed into a website, seamlessly with very little input from me.

The team at HorribleBrands 'just get' you as a person and feel into the person you are to produce something out of this world, with next to no amendments required.

When a website needs redone, the hearts of marketers can tend to sink a little, because these projects always take so long and there are lots of unknowns on the technical side. You guys were easy to work with, turned around this around in record time and I love the end result. New enquiries have also been flooding in ever since we launched!

I was not involved in briefing the team at Horrible Brands but I am aware of the level of work they delivered from first providing a thorough report and recommendations for the website along with insightful information on the target audience and how to communicate with them, the tone of voice etc. They also provided us with online training and tutorials to refer back to as backup. They are also available and very responsive when any questions arise.
