I’m the director of an interiors company. We handle flooring, ceilings, partitions, and more. Our team also designs products and fits them.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cardiff Graphic Designer?

We needed someone to boost our SEO and help us perform well on Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start, we gave them a list of keywords, product names, and other companies that relate to our business. From there, they designed our website for SEO performance. Since producing our website, it’s been our goal to stay on the first few SERPs. 

We have meetings together each month to exchange progress and information. He takes my thoughts and incorporates them into his work on this site and its sister sites.

How did you come to work with Cardiff Graphic Designer?

They’re a keen, young team that knows more about computers than I’ll ever know. I needed a partner with that expertise because the Internet is our best way of marketing our company.

How much have you invested with them?

I spend about £250 (approximately $327 USD) each month on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since 2015. Our engagement together is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Other methods of advertising were not generating leads and inquiries as we wanted. Now, we’re getting constant inquiries from interested customers. In fact, we just finished a large project that came through an Internet inquiry. We’re able to constantly update our keywords to appeal to different audiences. Our ROI has definitely been high.

Before working with them, most of my business came through referrals. It took us a while to build up our site and SEO performance with them, but we’re now getting large amounts of inquiries online. There’s a definite surge in business online, and their team has everything to do with that.

How did Cardiff Graphic Designer perform from a project management standpoint?

We chat regularly about the project. At least once each month, at this point, we discuss our progress and updates for our SEO strategy. Because he’s local, we’re able to meet in person. Otherwise, we use email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I trust him because of his expertise in this field. He’s able to inform me about SEO and industry trends, which guides our work together. If I ask him a question or assign him a task, he goes above and beyond with research to ensure that we’re moving in the right direction. At this point, he knows just about as much about my trade as I do because of his diligence. 

We think that organic Internet search works the best for what we do, so this arrangement has been very beneficial for us. We’re able to brainstorm together. For instance, we do a lot of student accommodation work. We’ve thought of ways to best incorporate that into our site and SEO. He configures content specifically for us. That way customers understand our specializations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t run into any problems. Even if I ask for something small, he returns with tons of information and results for me.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’ve referred five or six companies to him over the course of our engagement. I’m earning back what I’m paying him and more through the business he’s helped me acquire. Digital marketing is the best way to generate new leads.
