Translated product functional design into 

1. technical design, leveraging microservices, 
2. creating the development and testing plans, leveraging agile disciplines as well as automated and performance testing, 
3. deliver the product in 6 - 8 milestones, using 2 week sprint cycles, over an 18 month calendar horizon

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All development milestones were met, most on time, and product was launched internally 90 days in advance of final development milestone, and our company formally launched product into the market on plan. Additionally, during the development cycle, we needed to adapt the technical design and make adjustments to our microservices technology decisions and IT Labs provided critical competencies and resources to navigate new technologies while keeping the development largely on plan and budget.

IT Labs demonstrated deep competencies in project management, particularly in planning re: aligning scope, resources, time, and risk as well as robust reporting and governance that ensured high transparency re: project progress, prioritization on 30, 60, and 90 horizons, and escalations when necessary). 
Our team was able to see clearly project progress, milestone achievement, and the shadow metrics that confirmed status, progress, and quality of work. The IT Labs team operated with and communicated from a keen accountability to delivering on the project plan, as adjusted during the engagement. They delivered the key milestones on time and at our quality standards.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First, the incredible width and depth of IT Labs core competencies and their ability to bring those competencies and resources, when necessary, to our project which enabled our company to make significantly better strategic decisions on this project and then IT Labs was able to adjust/adapt the project plan to navigate these decisions without materially compromising our products time to market. 
And second, and possibly more importantly, their agility and "grit" to both successfully navigate the many crucible moments all strategic projects face and their team did not "blink", increased communications, decision-making, and found the new path to deliver on their commitments to our company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Labs could have done differently?

None at this time! I think our company learned a great deal from IT Labs and those learnings continue to drive improvements in our company, particularly when working across time zones and with resources based outside the United States.

1. Integration to Salesforce: CRMi - developing an integration service using native AWS services to sync CRM and Sales data between Unify (our enterprise software) and Salesforce. 
2. Migrating to new frontend: Unify - We developed a new back-office web application and needs assistance with the migration of thousands of screens, and UI flows from the old UI (mix of web and Winform) to the new frontend (full web and HTML5)

One of these projects (CRMi) is on hold. The migration of the customers to Unify is 100% completed in the US and will be 100% satisfied in the UK in 2024

IT Labs - they care about its developers and are interested in their growth and development. Also, they dig into what skills and competencies are essential for hiring companies and do their best to match that. IT Labs developers. Their team members met the high bar of our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Labs could have done differently?

There is nothing special on my mind, one point raised is about those contractors who are fully integrated into the native team of ours, in some cases, their on-call participation is essential, especially in small teams and teams that release to productions.

Their commitment extends to ensuring our platform stays abreast of technological advancements throughout the years.

Develop 3 sets of web pages in our customer portals including understanding the requirements, developing the software, testing it, and deploying it. Develop was done in .Net and Angular on a Microsoft Azure platform. Changes to identity management processes were also necessary.

2. IT Labs provides PwC with technology services for projects. IT Labs successfully engaged several resources with different capabilities on either internal PwC or Client projects. We have experienced only positive feedback on the resources and we hope to engage additional resources in the future.

Client projects were delivered successfully and without any reprimands from the client for which the service was provided. The internal project helped to put our programme on a different track after which we were able to shift our focus on the business development side and we did not have to focus on internal processes.
